Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns: Returns of new, unworn Proclamation Jewelry pieces are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for a new, unworn Proclamation Jewelry piece of equal or greater value are accepted within the same 30-day period. Any price difference and additional shipping charges apply.
  • Packaging: All returns and exchanges must include original packaging and documentation (sales receipt or packing slip).
  • Apparel: Returns for apparel are accepted at our discretion and will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Final Sale Items:
    • Customized jewelry, including items with custom initials or engravings, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Discounted items and items purchased as part of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion are also final sale, eligible only for exchanges.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Handling Fee

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to a handling fee of $15 to cover processing and restocking costs.

Process

  1. To Start a Return or Exchange, please use our automated portal by visiting https://proclamationjewelry.loopreturns.com/#/  
    • For further assistance, contact us via email at help@proclamationjewelry.com or by phone at (800) 520-8201 to start the process. Be prepared to provide your order number, item details, and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Prepare the Shipment
    • Pack and seal your items securely in their original packaging.
    • Include your order number and a contact number inside the package, as well as the documentation provided by our system.
    • For security reasons, do not label the package with the word "Jewelry."
    • Ship the package using a carrier that offers tracking and signature confirmation.
  3. Inspection and Processing
    • Once received, items will be inspected for eligibility (unworn, unaltered, and in sellable condition).
    • Eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that banks may require additional time to post refunds.

Refund and Exchange Value

  • Refunds and exchanges are based on the purchase price of the item, excluding handling fees and shipping charges.

Warranty Policy

Proclamation Jewelry stands by the quality of our craftsmanship with a voluntary Lifetime Limited Warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Proclamation Jewelry’s limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. 

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Repairs (when feasible) or replacement of defective items.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by:
    • Improper handling or lack of care.
    • Accidents, misuse, or negligence.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Products not purchased directly from Proclamation Jewelry or authorized retailers.
  • Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.

Replacement Process

  • If your original piece is no longer available, a comparable item of equal value and similar style will be substituted.

The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Proclamation Jewelry. Proclamation Jewelry shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Proclamation Jewelry has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Proclamation Jewelry’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Proclamation Jewelry’s sole option.

Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Security Guidelines

  • Ship returns or exchanges to Proclamation Jewelry using a trackable and signature-required carrier.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged in their original materials.
  • Avoid including references to "Jewelry" on the package to enhance security.
